It’s no secret being quarantined has left many mentally exhausted. Owner of Modesto-based Studio V Pilates & Fitness, Victoria Popoff, is bringing a live DJ event, Pilates Brunch Club, to a vineyard in Lodi. It promises to be energizing.
Victoria Popoff has more than 20 years of experience and will guide the group through a 45-minute socially distanced Pilates class for all levels. After the class, attendees will enjoy a gourmet boxed lunch, a bottle of chardonnay, rosé or sauvignon blanc from Oak Farm Vineyards and go shopping. Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request.
“We promote healthy movement, socially distanced interaction and FUN at Pilates Brunch Club,” says Popoff.
The event takes place on Sunday, Oct. 18 at Oak Farm Vineyards in Lodi. Check–in starts at 8:30 a.m., with the class starting promptly at 9:30 a.m. Attendees are asked to wear a mask upon arrival and bring their own mat.
Pilates Brunch Club has limited spots, so be sure to sign up by Oct. 12.
