Second Nature: A Mother and Daughter Art Exhibition
The Artery presents a very special mother and daughter art exhibit. Painter and sculptor Cathie James-Robinson and painter Amanda Cadelago use nature as their common theme, each showing their unique style. Cathie presents nature in many forms from 2D to 3D, from zooming in closely to painting full panoramic landscapes. Memories in Wood and Paper
The Artery presents striking Japanese fish prints (Gyotaku) by Christopher Dewees and superb wood carvings of Tom Thompson. With this exhibit, Chris honors his great, good friend, Tom who succumbed to COVID-19 in 2020. Sharing their mutual passion for fishing and creating art, Chris and Tom enjoyed many years of angling from Tom’s old wooden boat on San Francisco Bay. Cuteware Celebration
The Artery presents "Cuteware Celebration" featuring the creations of Heidi Bekebrede. The show will include Cuteware vases, bowls, cookie jars, and paintings, as well as Heidi’s unique acrylic paintings which incorporate Cuteware ceramic elements. Heidi is known for her tiny ceramic objects which embrace colorful nature – birds, butterflies, flowers, sunshine and adorable animals.
