Serotonin Surge Charities presented Spring Break 2006 at the UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. Proceeds benefited free medical clinics in the Sacramento region. Serotonin Surge Charities was locally founded in 1999 by Dr. John Chuck to raise money for health care-related charities.
