Every weekday from 4 to 7 p.m. (Fridays until 6 p.m.), Grant Napear can be heard on Sports 1140 KHTK talking up all things sports with co-host Mike Lamb. From the NFL to the NHL, if it involves a ball, it’s fodder for the show. But most listeners know Napear best as the voice of the Sacramento Kings. The New York transplant’s passion for the team is indisputable, especially at games, where he’s been known to chide refs for bad calls. On the flip side, when the Kings do something especially well, you can all but see Napear bounce out of his chair with excitement.
