Oldies Radio Station

K-Hits 92.1 FM KCCL; www.khits921.com
If you came of age during the decades of flower power and bell-bottoms (the first go-around, anyway), K-Hits 92.1 is apt to bring back memories. The station’s Super Stars Library contains everything from Abba to Wilson Pickett, with some Aretha, Elvis, Santana and Van Morrison thrown in. K-Hits brought back to the airwaves two local radio legends: Joey Mitchell (heard weekday mornings from 6 to 8) and Big Jim Hall (heard weekday afternoons from 4 to 6), friends since their days on Sacramento’s now-defunct KRAK. But just because the station plays oldies music doesn’t mean it’s stuck in another era: You can stream the station online from anywhere in the world.
