The MLK Celebration Committee presented the seventh annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Dinner: Genuine Brotherhood & Peace at the Sacramento Convention Center. Guests listened to keynote speaker Bobby DeLaughter, a Mississippi circuit court judge, author and prosecutor. News10’s Dana Howard was master of ceremonies. Allen W. Warren of New Faze Development received the Robert T. Matsui Community Service Award. Proceeds benefited Wonder, Inc., A Posi-tive Force and Women’s Empowerment.
