Wine of the Week: LangeTwins Sauvignon Blanc

3346

There’s lots of great wine coming out of Lodi these days. This week I relished a lively, elegant 2010 Sauvignon Blanc from LangeTwins winery, whose lovely fruitiness was well balanced with a citrusy, refreshing acidity. This crisp and friendly wine would be terrific with a number of Thai and Chinese dishes, Caesar salad, grilled fish and shellfish, and a wide range of cheeses – especially chèvre. And at about $10 a bottle, it’s nice and easy on the pocketbook.
