Tuli Bistro: Zach's Agnolotti


Fresh mint…in pasta? You betcha. I recently devoured a plate of Tuli Bistro’s “Zach’s Agnolotti,” mint pasta filled with an enticing puree of English peas and ricotta and goat cheeses, then tossed with earthy roasted leeks, peas and crispy bits of prosciutto. A vivacious early-summer dish, it was one of the tastiest (and most interesting) pastas I’ve encountered in a long time.
