I recently discovered a fun, sprightly Pinot Grigio wine called Three Pears that’s great for late summer sipping. Crafted by Mason Cellars in Oakville, this very approachable, easy-drinking wine does offer nuances of pear, as well as a shy hint of citrus and an appley, very pleasant aftertaste. Pair (no pun intended) this friendly quaff with prosciutto-wrapped melon, a light seafood pasta or your favorite cheese and cracker assortment.
