A stellar list of celebrity chefs—including Tom Colicchio, Thomas Keller and Rick Tramonto—will be in Northern California for the second annual Pebble Beach Food & Wine event April 16–19.
The four-day event will feature more than 60 prominent chefs doing cooking demonstrations and “dream team” dinners. More than 250 wineries will be pouring.
Participating chefs include Michelle Bernstein (Michy’s), Chris Consentino (Incanto), Cat Cora (Food Network’s “Iron Chef”), Traci Des Jardins (Jardiniere), Douglas Keane (Cyrus) Hubert Keller (Fleur de Lys), Michael Mina (Michael Mina), Michael Lomanaco (Porter House New York), Masaharu Morinoto (“Iron Chef”), Nancy Oaks (Boulevard), Jacques Pepin, Eric Ripert (Le Bernardin) and Roy Yamaguchi (Roy’s).
There will be wine tastings, Grand Tasting events offering wines paired with food, and wine-pairing lunches and dinners. Participating wineries include Screaming Eagle, Chateau d’Yquem and Silver Oak.
