Slow Food Yolo is hosting a private “Sensory Evaluation of Wine” workshop led by world renowned sensory scientist and flavor chemist Dr. Ann Noble. Creator of the Wine Aroma Wheel (www.winearomawheel.com), a tool designed to allow wine researchers and consumers to better identify, define and discuss wine flavors and aromas, Dr. Noble is a Professor Emerita of the UC Davis Department of Viticulture and Enology. The evening features Yolo County wines and appetizers, and each attendee receives a Wine Aroma Wheel. There is very limited seating for this event.
