Need an Attitude Adjustment? Try Kathmandu Kitchen

When I’m feeling gloomy, grouchy or bored, I often seek out boldly-flavored food to lift my spirits. Such was the case recently, when I called friendly Kathmandu Kitchen and ordered up the restaurant’s creamy chicken tikka masala, lamb lal maas (stewed with an electrifying blend of red chili, garlic, black cardamom, cumin seeds and yogurt); and the delicious saag chana masala, a comforting fresh spinach and garbanzo bean dish that never fails to make me happy. I picked up my booty from the restaurant and rushed home to scoop up (and devour) the food with Kathmandu Kitchen’s pillowy naan bread, and – mere moments into my meal – felt my outlook brighten significantly.
