Makin' Bacon at Grange Restaurant

If you love bacon (and frankly, who doesn’t?), head to Grange Restaurant tonight for a bacon tasting and book signing with Ari Weinzweig, author of the new book Zingerman’s Guide to Better Bacon. The restaurant’s executive chef, Michael Tuohy, will be serving hors d’oeuvres made from the book’s recipes from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
