Burger Bliss


I had a spectacular burger at Flaming Grill Café on Saturday – the Pastrami Sirloin Burger features a ½ pound patty smothered with melted cheddar cheese, then loaded with shaved pastrami, red onions, tomato and lettuce. I only managed to plow through half of it, saving the rest for breakfast (yes, breakfast) the next day, and enjoyed every single juicy (and thigh-thickening) bite. Flaming Grill Café plates up some of the tastiest burgers in town, but be prepared to wait – there’s often a line for a table, and the food takes a long time to come out. Adventurous diners will be thrilled to sample the café’s more exotic meat choices, including llama, alligator, wild boar and yak burgers.
