In honor of St. Patrick’s Day (which is tomorrow), that famous local Irish pub, Biba Restaurant, will be serving spinach ravioli stuffed with—wait for it—corned beef and tossed with braised cabbage and pancetta. “This is a first,” reads an e-mail from the restaurant. Owner Biba Caggiano says the dish is a celebration of her two sons-in-law (who are of Irish descent) and her many Irish-American customers. What? No green Prosecco?
