Students at the Department of Viticulture & Enology at UC Davis are hosting the Annual Winkler Dinner, to be held outside in the beautiful Good Life Garden at UC Davis’ Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine & Food Science. The student group, called DEVO (the Davis Enology and Viticulture Organization), works hard each year to put together this unique event, which supports “immersion trips” to wine regions, international internship scholarships and V&E student wine tastings.
This year’s six-course dinner, prepared by a team of talented chefs, will be paired with wines from:

• Cakebread Cellars
• Silver Oak Cellars
• D’Argenzio Winery
• Mumm Napa
• Beringer Vineyards
The dinner also includes a live and silent auction of wines.
