Customer service is clearly important to 58 Degrees & Holding Co., the charming wine bar/wine shop on 18th Street. In this week’s company e-newsletter, general manager Joshua Vigil writes: “Thank you if you were one of the many newsletter subscribers who took advantage of our special 2-for-1 brunch deal on Sunday. If you have the time, I’d love for you to share your experience with me (positive or negative) so we can continue to work to improve our levels of service and food.” When I clicked on a link, up popped an e-mail form addressed to Vigil.
