The North American whiskey dinner, featuring ryes and bourbons from George Dickel and Bulleit, will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 20. The menu will include smoked salmon on rye toast; pork belly baked beans; grilled New York steak with sweet potato gratin and charred baby carrots; aged Gouda with apple molasses compote; and dark chocolate mousse. Each course will be paired with a different whiskey.
On Wednesday, Oct. 27, the Whispering Angel Provence Rose dinner will spotlight rose wines from Chateau d’Esclans, maker of Whispering Angel, Garrus, Rock Angel and The Palm. The menu will feature ahi tuna Niçoise; pan-seared King salmon; grilled rack of lamb; Humboldt Fog cheese with compressed strawberries and honey lavender; and berry shortcake.
Revival chef Patrick Prager will oversee the food. The cost for each dinner is $100 per ticket.
