Although Southside Park’s LO/FI recently announced it is going on “hiatus” for a while, it will still serve up fare like this Fancy Grilled Chee’ at a Sunday brunch pop-up on June 19. Sliced levain is slathered with butter, filled with Parmesan, Point Reyes Toma and white cheddar and grilled until the bread is golden brown and crispy and the three cheeses melt together and ooze out the sides. Served with a pickle spear and a bag of chips, this is next level grilled cheese.
