One of the newest trivia nights in town has popped up at the Kilt Pub on Arden and Eastern. The Scottish-themed drinking hole has garnered a good deal of praise from Arden-Arcade locals for good grub, cold beer and a convivial atmosphere. My favorite night is Monday, when members of the local Comedysportz team lead the packed house in a trivial romp of 40 questions broken down into two rounds. The winning team gets 35 percent off their tabs and, in a creative and dangerous twist, those teams that are struggling can get hints by buying extra pints from the bar. If you’ve a mind for obscure knowledge and a strong liver, check out Kilt Pub on Mondays at 8 p.m.
