Wine & Dine at Raley Field

If you can’t make it to Saturday’s Pour for Prevention, there’s another event this weekend that features wine and benefits a local nonprofit—the 2011 Wine & Dine is at Raley Field on Friday the 26th from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. More than 50 of the region’s finest restaurants and wineries will be at this annual event, which benefits the Junior League of Sacramento’s nutrition education programs. Tickets cost $35 in advance or $45 at the door (or you can purchase a VIP ticket for $95, which includes early entry at 6 p.m., a chef demonstration, a special wine tasting and valet parking. Tickets may be purchased at the Junior League of Sacramento office (778 University Ave.), on Ticketmaster or at the Raley Field Box Office.
