The Red Shoe Crawl

Put on your red footwear and join the Red Shoe Crawl this Sunday afternoon. “Crawlers” will stroll to and from participating restaurants in the downtown and midtown area, sampling food and drink along the way. Your $50 ticket gets you one drink and one appetizer-size food item at each venue, a goodie bag and a souvenir glass. Participants who visit all of the restaurants and put their name in a raffle at each locale could win two Southwest Airlines tickets. All ages are welcome to participate. And, OK, the shoes don’t have to be red, it’s just in keeping with the theme of this inaugural charity event that benefits Ronald McDonald Charities Northern California. Registration is from 1:30–2:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento; the crawl is from 2–5 p.m. For more information, log onto rmhcnc.org.
