If you have little ones that you’re concerned about keeping safe and sound this Halloween, Fairytale Town has you covered: Don’t miss the “28th Annual Safe & Super Halloween: The Adventures of Percy Jackson” on Oct. 24–26 from 5-9 p.m.
The play park will be transformed for three days into the mythological world of Rick Riordan’s popular book-turned-movie “Percy Jackson and the Olympians.” Kids can don their costumes and go on their very own hero’s quest to Mount Olympus, visit the lair of Polyphemus the Cyclops, explore a replica of the Parthenon, chat with the Oracle of Delphi and sneak into Medusa’s garden—just don’t catch her eye!
Attendees will also be able to trick-or-treat at 17 delectable candy stations around the park and participate in hands-on art activities and a costume parade. Hoping for a little entertainment? Enjoy a performance by the Puppet Art Theater Company—tickets are $1 for members, $2 for nonmembers.
Advance tickets (before Oct. 24) are $7 for members and $10 for nonmembers. After Oct. 24, tickets are $9 for members and $12 for nonmembers. For tickets and more information, call 808-7462 or visit fairytaletown.org. Fairytale Town is located at 3901 Land Park Drive.
