Who doesn’t love strawberries? Get your fill of the red, juicy fruit this weekend at the Roseville Strawberry Festival, where local-only strawberries will star in everything from shortcake to salsa, parfaits to pizza, barbecue sauce to beer. Enjoy a pancake breakfast (8 a.m. to 11 a.m.) put on by the Roseville Boy Scouts, shop for produce at the farmers market, check out classic cars, shop dozens of product vendors, enter a strawberry shortcake-eating contest, and let the little ones have fun in the kids zone. And don’t forget to treat Mom to some chocolate-dipped strawberries for Mother’s Day—or perhaps a strawberry margarita is more like it!
