Before the festivities begin, you can get a head start and meet your fellow patisserie professionals at the RBA Meet & Greet on Saturday, Jan. 17 at Ettore’s European Bakery (2376 Fair Oaks Blvd.) Reserve your spot for $20 before Friday, Jan. 16.
