The Bad Boys of Dance’s credits include performing at Carnegie Hall with Sir Elton John, at the opening ceremonies of the USA International Ballet Competition and on the hit show “So You Think You Can Dance.” On Thursday, Jan. 24, the group—which incorporates everything from ballet to hip-hop—makes its way to Three Stages in Folsom for one adrenaline-filled night of dance. The group was founded by Rasta Thomas, whose credits include Dance Theatre of Harlem and the Kirov Ballet. (Thomas was the first American to join the Russian ballet troupe). The show starts at 7:30 p.m. and tickets are $25 to $55; students with a valid ID get in for $12.
