2084

The Crocker Art Museum is getting in on the outdoor movie-watching game a la Screen on the Green. Tonight, the museum will be showing The Wizard of Oz in the E. Kendell Davis Courtyard. Visitors are welcome to bring lawn chairs, and food and drink will be available for purchase. A few things on the menu: “Yellow Brick Road Rice Krispies Treat” for  $2, “Flying Monkey Wings” (teriyaki poppy seed chicken wings), six wings for $5.50 and “And your little dog, too!” two hot dogs for $5. The movie starts at 8 p.m. and runs 102 minutes—in case you were wondering whether the kiddies (or you) can stay awake that late on a Thursday night. Museum admission (which includes the movie) is $6 for members and $12 for nonmembers. Click here for more info or to buy tickets.
