Before we were the “Farm-to-Fork Capital,” we were the neighbor to the most famous wine region in the country. In a nod to our oenological roots, the Farm-to-Fork Celebration is making sure we don’t forget the killer wine options we have right at our fingertips with their Legends of Wine event. Held on the west steps of the state capital on the evening of Sept. 18, Legends of Wine is a wine tasting party that highlights the best our region has to offer. The tasting will be hosted by local legends Darrel Corti and David Berkley, who have both left an indelible impression on the Sacramento food scene and who are two of the biggest wine gurus not just in the region, but in the whole of the United States.
