Interested in seeing the latest in home-building design and technology circa 1910? Then come on down to Q Street on Sunday to see the small slice of history known as “Bungalow Row.” The Sacramento Old City Association will be opening the doors to some of our city’s most unique residences. Beautifully preserved 100-year-old bungalows dotting Q Street will be open for tours on Sunday Sept. 19. Along with the home tour, a festival in Winn Park (27th and P) will feature artisans, music, food and all around merriment. Tickets for the home tour cost $25, but the park festivities are open to all. For more information and a list of locations where you can buy discounted presale tickets, look here.
