GOOD Street Food + Design Market, the monthly artisan craft and food fair, is just about ready to go into hibernation until May. If you haven’t made it out to GOOD thus far this year, make a point to swing by during its last two dates of the year, Dec. 7 and 8. It’s hard to say goodbye, but at least there’s the consolation that this might be the best GOOD yet because they’ll be pulling out all the stops in preparation for the holiday season. Need to get a one-of-a-kind gift for a stylish special someone? This is the place. Local designers and artists have turned an empty warehouse off of Del Paso Boulevard into the shopping destination for the savvy buyer–you can find clothes, jewelry, accessories, home decor, furniture, and more from the eclectic vendors. Even if you’re buying for the Christmas shopping list, you might have a hard time not picking something up for yourself.
Topping off the whole experience are the numerous food trucks and food vendors who will help keep your energy levels high while you browse and mingle–no blood sugar crashes here. And because of the season, not only are they going to have the regular beer and coffee, but there’s whispers of a hot chocolate stand making an appearance as well.
For a unique, community-oriented and hip holiday shopping experience, give GOOD a shot. For more information, see here.
