Referred to locally as SEMF2011, the Sacramento Electronic Music Festival of 2011 kicks off this Thursday at 8 p.m. and continues through Sunday the 30th at 2 a.m.—all at the Townhouse Lounge, 1517 21st St. This independent music festival includes both local and internationally renowned artists.
