The culminating event of Sacramento Beer Week, the Capitol Beer Fest will be one big, foamy, fun-filled event—and organizers promise a lot more bathrooms this year, too. (Apparently, that was a problem at last year’s event.) With more than 100 breweries, an array of food trucks and other foodie vendors, and live rock ’n’ roll from Daze on the Green, the event, scheduled Sunday, March 8 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Capitol Mall, is a festive way to cap off your weekend while showing support for brewers both near and far. And you’ll be partying for a good cause, too: All proceeds go to the Runnin’ for Rhett Youth Fitness Program.
