Aftershock Festival

2030

One of the year’s biggest rock and metal festivals is right around the corner, and it’s being held right here in Sacramento. Metalheads from across the country will be flocking to Discovery Park on Sept. 13 and 14 to jam to some of the hugest rock bands anywhere in the world. We’re talking Weezer and Rob Zombie as headliners, plus The Offspring, Godsmack, Atreyu, Limp Bizkit, Seether, Mastodon, Rise Against, Bad Religion, Buckcherry, Lacuna Coil, Fuel, Five Finger Death Punch, Chevelle, Awolnation, and so many more. This is the golden lineup of hard, hard rock. Attendees can expect all the usual from a music festival to be offered at Aftershock, including plenty of food, beer, and mixed drinks alongside the screaming guitars and shrieking vocals. Last year’s Aftershock boasted a whopping 32,000 attendees, and this year promises to be even bigger. For more information, see here.
