The Gate Restaurant will open in late summer/early fall at The Murieta Inn and Spa. Following the farm-to-fork movement, Chef Brian Hawkins will seek inspiration from our on-site, five-acre farm and greenhouse to create his menus while working closely with local ranchers to source meat, poultry and fish. Baked goods and pastries will be freshly made daily in-house.
The bar will feature on-tap craft beers, local wines and a private hotel bourbon collection. Signature cocktails will be enhanced with fruits, flowers and botanicals from our garden.
Private dining is available both inside and outside. The Fireside Terrace will feature a great meeting and lounge atmosphere. Receptions and gatherings for up to 250 people can be held in the Legacy ballroom.
