The 19th annual West Coast Ragtime Festival took place at the Red Lion Hotel Sacramento. Nearly 1,000 music lovers and musicians participated in the three-day event. Fans danced to the music and attended seminars presented by authorities on the music style. The West Coast Ragtime Society is dedicated to the perpetuation of ragtime and vintage American music.
