Wednesday is Paella Night at Source

I visited Source Global Tapas restaurant recently and was delighted to discover that each Wednesday is Paella Night at this friendly GraniteBay eatery. Get comfy in Source’s peaceful outdoor patio (which offers fetching views of Quarry Pond), and watch the chef as he prepares an enormous paella right there in front of you, crammed full of mussels, clams, sausage, rice and pink, fat prawns. As you wait, you’ll enjoy listening to Fuse-A-Nova, an upbeat, foot-tapping live band that specializes in Latin and “world rhythms.†The paella meal – which includes a draft beer or glass of sangria – is $20 per person, and is a fun and entertaining outing on a balmy summer evening.
