Tower Bridge Bistro at the Embassy Suites Hotel is bringing together five local chefs this Thursday night to collaboratively prepare a unique five-course seasonal vegan harvest dinner. This farm-to-fork-inspired feast will be crafted by chefs Clay Purcell of Tower Bridge Bistro, Raphael Kendall of Capitol Garage, Carina Lampkin of Blackbird Kitchen + Beer Gallery, F.J. Villalobos of 58 Degrees and Joelle Dennis of Capital Dime. Tickets are $75 per person, and proceeds from the event benefit Family Promise of Sacramento, a nonprofit organization committed to helping low-income families achieve lasting independence; and the Alchemist Community Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Sacramento area residents in their efforts to create vibrant, equitable, healthy and diverse communities.
