Located in The Westin Sacramento, Scott’s offers a pretty view of the river and a solid menu of mostly seafood. The dining room, long and narrow, has a roomy bar and an outdoor patio. Breakfast dishes include crab cake Benedict, while lunch entrees range from a delicately prepared sauce, to grilled prawn Caesar salad.
