Lulu’s Kitchen in Sacramento, which provides certified kitchen space for folks who produce food for commercial events, is now launching a series of culinary education classes.
The first class will be held on Sunday evening, June 30th, and features Chef Kevin O’Connor of Blackbird Kitchen + Bar and Hillary Lyons of midtown’s Kru restaurant. Entitled “Savoring Summer: A Chef’s Guide to Entertaining Using Summer’s Bounty,” the class is actually a demonstration dinner which includes handcrafted cocktails.
