Feeling Daring? Have an Offal Evening with Local Chefs

Adventurous diners will enjoy a unique event offered on Sunday, August 18th. “Have an Offal Day!,” which takes place from 2pm to 5pm at midtown’s Mulvaney’s Next Door, celebratesall those ‘other’ parts” of the animals we love to eat: including organs, feet, tongues, ears, skin and more.

An impressive lineup of some of the region’s best chefs – including Pajo Bruich of Enotria, Patrick Mulvaney of Mulvaney’s B&L, Bill Ngo of Kru, Adam Pechal of Tuli Bistro and Oliver Ridgeway of Grange Restaurant & Bar – will each prepare a dish (ever tried pigs’ head, beef hearts or fish skin?) for plucky attendees.

Event proceeds will benefit the Sacramento Farm-to-Fork Initiative; and tickets cost $50 per person. Questions can be directed to sacpchef@gmail.com.
