“Chef Experience” at Sienna Restaurant Jan. 28th


Interested in Asian-inspired cuisine? Then you may want to sign up for Sienna restaurant’s January “chef experience,” which features executive chef Jo Nelson preparing an intriguing three-course meal with some of your favorite ingredients.

On Saturday, January 28th, the chef will demonstrate the following dishes for attendees:

  • Chicken avocado spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce
  • Vietnamese noodles with spicy shrimp and galangal
  • Fried bananas with gingerbread and coconut-kaffir lime anglaise

Each course will be paired with a premium wine. The chef experience costs $39.95 per person, and will take place from 1pm to 3pm.
