On Saturday, January 28th, the chef will demonstrate the following dishes for attendees:
- Chicken avocado spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce
- Vietnamese noodles with spicy shrimp and galangal
- Fried bananas with gingerbread and coconut-kaffir lime anglaise
Each course will be paired with a premium wine. The chef experience costs $39.95 per person, and will take place from 1pm to 3pm.
