We all long for happiness day and night but do we have a clear answer on what it is and how to find it? Buddhist meditation teaches that happiness is when our mind is calm and peaceful. Through meditation we can learn to keep our mind clear and positive in any situation. By cultivating happiness from within our life will become more joyful and harmonious.
