Welcome the spring with selected Qigong movements from Five-Animal Play and a short sequence of Tai chi movements for therapeutic and self-defense purposes. Movements will promote qi circulation to our overall health and are also dedicated to body balance and flexibility. Enjoy a sense of play and imagination as well. Dr. Tze-yue Gigi Hu is a semi-retired Asian Studies educator and author. She teaches therapeutic Tai Chi and Qigong to selected communities. See her website, calmhappytaiji.com. Ages 8+ welcome.
