All restaurant staff working the party must be 21 years and older. Under no circumstances can alcoholic beverages be served at your table per California Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws.
Vendor or Sponsor Participation Form
** You are required to have insurance and provide a signed liability agreement. Both documents will be provided to you after we receive your participation form. If you do not receive these documents, please reach out immediately.
