This 31-year-old yoga instructor and studio manager is a natural beauty who bears more than a passing resemblance to Jennifer Aniston. In her 20s, she was addicted to beauty products and treatments. Now, she says, “I’m focused on being healthy and happy.”
Exercise: Johnson practices a high-intensity form of yoga called power vinyasa yoga. “I try to sweat every single day.”
Diet: A vegetarian, she eats mostly whole foods—nothing packaged or processed. She abides by the 80/20 rule: “Eighty percent of the time, I try to eat well. Then, if I want to eat a pizza, I do.”
Skin care: Her daily routine: Burt’s Bees Orange Essence Facial Cleanser, GlyMed Plus Ultra Hydro Gel and Intense Peptide Skin Recovery Complex, Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant, and Bioelements Equalizer Toner and One Extraordinary Sunscreen. This 34-year-old marketing consultant believes in exercise, meditation and sleep. “When you feel good inside,” she says, “that translates into looking good outside.”
Exercise: She does vinyasa flow yoga, a quick-moving form of yoga, every day at her sister’s midtown studio, Asha Yoga.
Diet: She’s a vegetarian who steers clear of processed foods.
Skin care: Zivkovic swears by Dr. Bronner’s Magic Pure Castile Soap. “It’s fair trade, organic and made in California.”
Hair: She used to fight her hair’s natural curl. Now, she embraces it. “I’m grateful for my hair—it’s happy hair.” After shampooing, she uses TIGI Catwalk Curls Rock Leave-in Conditioner. “I’m biracial, and after years of trying products, this one works.”
Fragrance: “Out of respect for other people, I don’t wear perfume.”

This 37-year-old used to own Barby K Boutique in midtown. Now, she’s a stay-at-home mom of two who squeezes in workouts and believes in Botox.
Diet: She eats a high-protein, low-carb diet and pays attention to portion size.
Exercise: She works out with a trainer when she can find the time. When she can’t, she uses an elliptical machine at home. “And I run around the house after kids all day. That burns off lots of calories.”

Elegant and polished, this 44-year-old image consultant keeps a punishing workout schedule and takes good care of her appearance. “You need to leave certain things to the experts,” she says. “I’m not going to wax my own eyebrows or color my own hair.”
Exercise: Pilates twice a week, two or three weekly sessions with a personal trainer, and two to four hours of cycling three times a week
Diet: She sees a nutritionist monthly. “When I started biking a lot, I ate more. She taught me how to eat so I’m not ravenous from all that exercise.”
Skin care: Polan gets a massage and facial at The Spa at Arden Hills every six weeks.
Hair: Every four to five weeks, she gets her hair cut and colored. At home, she uses Bumble and bumble shampoo, conditioner and thickening spray. Short hair is her signature look. “It’s a great timesaver,” she says. “I’m done in 10 minutes.”
In her makeup bag: Products by Giorgio Armani, Chanel, MAC and Lancôme. “I want it to feel good on my skin and look as natural as possible.” She never leaves the house without applying tinted sunscreen from Elta MD.
Nails: She gets a pedicure once a month, a full manicure every other week and a mini mani on the off weeks.

Splurge: “I don’t consider any of it a splurge. It’s just part of my life.”
