Where: Old Sacramento Parking, 200 I St. (corner of Second and I streets)
Rate: City of Sacramento Commuter Rate, available Monday through Friday
Rule: Be in by 7:30 a.m. and stay until after 5:30 p.m. Rate applies until midnight.
$6 flat fee
Where: Memorial Garage, 14th and H streets
Rate: City of Sacramento Early Bird Rate, available Monday through Friday
Rule: Be in by 9:30 a.m. and stay until after 4 p.m. Rate applies until midnight.
Holiday freebie
Where: I, J, K and L streets, Third to 29th streets.
Rate: Free on-street parking (no feeding the meters) from Friday, Dec. 15 through Monday, Dec. 25
Rule: Starting at 3 p.m. on weekdays and all day Saturday
