Magpie's Niçoise Salad

I savored a marvelous Niçoise salad recently at Magpie Café. Big chunks of succulent, rare-in-the-middle Ahi tuna were beautifully composed with colorful potato wedges, hard boiled egg halves, sweet-juicy cherry tomatoes and floppy, delectable green beans. Wholesome and hearty, it was a perfect entrée for a sweltering Sacramento summer day.
