editorial profile:
Hot wings often are considered more of a pleasure snack then an actual meal, but at the sit-down restaurant Wing Stop, this appetizer is taking off as a main course. The aviation-themed restaurant is home to wings and boneless chicken strips that come in nine different flavors, including lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, Hawaiian (sweet and tangy) or the spicy atomic. You can order a “small” 10-piece hot-wing dinner or go big with a 100-piece order of wings. It also serves boneless wing strips, and combos (perfect for lunch or dinner) that come with seasoned fries and a side of pearl potato salad, creamy coleslaw or baked beans. Cindy Arora

" I ate there last night. The mgr told me that the Atomic wings were loudly hot. I tasted a small sample of the hot sauce-WAYYYYYYYYYYY hot.
Ordered some, and it took me 10 minutes to eat 3.
Now I think I can handle super hot, but seriously I have met my match. Good, but oh my. "
