This burger place has a shanty appearance to it, but one doesn't come to Ford's Real Hamburgers for the decor. Burgers are impressively big—definitely bigger than a breadbox—and if you have a voracious appetite, order The Football. It's a two-pound meat—and—cheese extravaganza that actually does look like a football; and the owner calls out "Hut, Hut!" to the cook when he places the order. If you aren't in the mood for a burger, try one of the hot or cold sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, marinated steaks or salads and sample from the selection of glass bottled root beers and sarsaparilla.
