If you live or play in midtown Sacramento, you are probably well aware of the number of pizza joints vying to entice you with cheesy and greasy pizza. A recent newcomer to midtown is the Folsom favorite: Chicago Fire. Dark and moody, the restaurant exudes a nightlife atmosphere with a sprawling bar that is the focal point when you walk into the restaurant. Pizza is served in a snazzy sit-down environment that turns the pizza-and-a movie date into something less predictable. Pizza is the main course and you can order it deep dish, stuffed or its highly popular—and addicting—wafer thin crust that can be personalized with toppings of your choice. Cindy Arora

" My husband and I relocated from Chicago recently and we were recommended by my husband's co-worker about the Chicago Fire Resturant. The pizza is close to home in Chicago. I am not one to write about resturant's but I thought I would write to tell you from a Chicagoan. The pizza was close all the favorites I am use to in Chicago. The Nancy's ,Gino's East, Uno's.Giordano's. There has been no comparison.

" This is a Favorite for me and my Husband! We like the pizza so much we did not mind the trek out to Folsom from Elk Grove, but now that it is in Midtown we are so excited. One of our favorites is the deep dish but we absolutely love the "Traditional" which is made on the thin crust. I highly recommend this pizza place if your tired of all the Round tables in this town and are looking for a place with REAL pizza. "
